Our rental was far from the beach, and I complained all week

My side
For our vacation for two, my friend took care of booking a rental online, by the ocean. In the photos, you could see the beach in the distance. The listing said “close to the beach.” In reality: a twenty-five-minute walk, with a big hill on the way back. I was disappointed, and I said so. Several times. Okay, every day. I made little comments while we walked, I sighed on the hill. On day five, she snapped and told me I was ruining the vacation. I admit I complained a lot, but she’s the one who didn’t check the distance on the map.
Their side
My friend explains that she sent me three listings before booking, and that I answered “you pick, I trust you.” She admits she should have looked at the map more closely, but she did all the research alone. According to her, complaining once is normal; every day is making her carry the blame for the whole week.
