My friend plans our vacation down to the minute: do I bail?

My side
A friend and I take a week-long trip together every year. This time, Italy. Three weeks before we left, she sent me a spreadsheet: wake up at 7, museum at 9, lunch reservation at 12:30, hike at 3, sunset at 7:42 sharp. Every day, the same. Me, on vacation, I need to wander, get lost in the streets, take a nap. I told her I’d follow the plan every other day, and on the other days, I’d do my own thing and we’d meet up in the evening. She’s hurt: she spent hours planning everything, and to her, traveling together just to split up half the time makes no sense.
Their side
My friend explains that she doesn’t get much time off and wants to make the most of every minute in a country she’s dreamed of visiting. She booked the museums to skip the lines, which saves hours. She’s willing to cut some activities, but she wishes I had spoken up sooner, and that we had built the plan together rather than splitting the week in two.
