My brother-in-law wants us to dog-sit for three weeks: do I say yes?

My side
My brother-in-law is going abroad for three weeks for work. He asked us to watch his dog. A big dog, super sweet, super energetic, who needs two long walks a day. My husband said yes right away, without talking to me. I’m hesitant. We live in a one-bedroom on the third floor, I work from home, and I know exactly who’ll be handling the lunchtime walks. The last time we watched him for a weekend, he ate a throw pillow. My husband says he’s family and we can’t say no. I feel like I was handed a done deal.
Their side
My husband reminds me that his brother helped us a ton when we moved, and that he has no one else to leave his dog with. A boarding kennel would cost a fortune for three weeks. According to him, I work from home, so it’s the perfect setup: the dog would never be alone. He promises to handle the morning and evening walks.
