She posted a photo of me with my mouth full without asking

My side
At a picnic with friends, a friend took a bunch of group photos. In one of them, you can see me in profile, cheeks stuffed with a huge bite of sandwich, eyes half-closed. That same night, she posted it on Instagram, zoomed in, with the caption “The moment she saw dessert.” Three hundred people liked it. Several of my coworkers follow her. I asked her, nicely, to take it down, or at least swap it for another one. She told me I looked “hilarious” in it, that I take everything too seriously, and that she wasn’t deleting her most-liked photo of the year.
Their side
My friend explains that the photo is affectionate, not mocking, and that everyone laughed, in the comments too. She often posts unflattering photos of herself, and she thinks it’s healthy not to take yourself too seriously. According to her, taking the photo down now, after so many likes, would be weird. She offers to remove the caption instead.
