My boyfriend still shares his Netflix with his ex: is that normal?

My side
One night, I go to put on a movie on my boyfriend’s Netflix account. And there it is: a profile with a little heart on it. It’s his ex’s. They broke up more than two years ago, and she still watches her shows on his account. He doesn’t see the problem. I can’t stop thinking about it. I saw she was watching a show we love too, and it felt like she’d moved into our living room. I asked him to delete the profile. He told me I was making a movie out of nothing. Literally.
Their side
He explains the breakup went fine and they stayed on good terms. She chips in for the subscription, which helps him out. They almost never talk, except about that. According to him, deleting her profile without warning would be a needlessly cold move when there’s zero ambiguity. He’s offering to talk to her about it if that would reassure me.
