A note on the office fridge about my missing yogurts: too much?

My side
Every Monday, I bring an eight-pack of vanilla yogurts to the office. Same brand, same spot in the shared fridge. For a month now, two or three go missing every week. Fed up, I taped a note on the door: “To whoever is eating my yogurts: I count them. Enjoy anyway.” The whole floor talked about it. The next day, the new guy from accounting came to apologize, bright red. He thought they were for everyone. To be fair, the shelf where I keep them has a label that says “Help yourself.” But it’s two years old, nobody notices it anymore, and honestly, who gives away vanilla yogurts to an entire floor?
Their side
The new guy from accounting explains that he saw yogurts on the shelf labeled “Help yourself,” right next to cookies the team had brought in. He took some in good faith. He feels my note, posted for everyone to see, made him look like a thief for a week. According to him, all I had to do was take the label down or write my name on the pack.
